Reset Character Sheet FAQ:
Start Dates (And why no End Dates)
Over all – I have decided to create a first run set of reset sheets, with the functionally already there to handle the character sheets made after reset. The reset sheets published today will automatically calculate your XP from the starting month of your PC to May, 2009. This is so that you will know what you have to play around with when the reset goes live. If you want to add in 3 XP for June 2009, you can add it as earned XP on the line below, as it counts towards the cap for the month.
A new set of sheets will be coming out in June 2008, allowing a person to track both the start and end dates of a prior PC. The reason this was decided not to be included in the first run sheets is to make everything simpler for people who are transferring.
OpenOffice Reset Sheets
Yes, I will be making Open Office versions of the Reset sheets. It will just be slower than the Excel versions due to all the finicky stuff that has to change. If you want to volunteer to be an OpenOffice Tester, go ahead. I will however be unhappy with you if you say you are going to be a tester, and then don’t actually email me back. This is not a method to get a free advance copy of a sheet.
Requiem 8.1 and OpenOffice
I will try, time permitting, to get OpenOffice versions of 8.1 out. I know this is important to people, due to the limitations on repurchasing things, so I will try to have that out sometime this month. Testers will be needed, subject to the same requirements above.
Will you be updating the old sheets?
I will not be doing any fixes or major content updating to the old versions of the character sheets, unless it will directly impact how people can re-buy things at reset.
Willpower
Willpower is set to accept your “Starting WP at Reset” or your “Resolve + Composure” whichever is higher. If your Starting WP is lower based on losses, enter the lost WP into the sheet, so you can buy it back. (This might require you to put in your starting WP before the losses.)
Morality
Just enter your current Morality Level and the sheet will adjust.
